While living in western New York, Stevie covered serious lake effect snow events, to severe thunderstorms, and flooding along the Lake Erie shoreline. where she was a meteorologist for WIVB-TV (CBS). Stevie Daniels joined WMAR 2 News in June 2020 as a meteorologist.
